个人简介:王继刚,中国中医科学院中药研究所、青蒿素研究中心研究员,博士生导师。主要研究青蒿素抗疟、抗癌的机制,以及其他中药及天然产物的药物靶标与作用机理。团队结合[b]化学生物学、蛋白质组学(生物质谱)、代谢组学以及分子生物学[/b]等相关交叉领域的研究方法、围绕中药有效成分的作用靶点及其作用机制展开系统研究。近年来在包括青蒿素在内的中药及天然产物的靶标、作用机理和抗药研究及细胞自噬药物筛选平台建立等方面取得了一系列研究进展与突破,近年已发表SCI论文110余篇,[size=100]以通讯/第一作者在 IF>10 的期刊发表论文60 余篇,包括 [/size][i]The New England Journal of Medicine、Lancet、Lancet Infectious Disease、Nature Communications、Nature Protocols、JACS、Angew. Chem. Intl. Ed.、[/i][i]ACS Central Science[/i][i]、[/i][i]Autophagy[/i][i]、[/i][i]Trends in Pharmacological Sciences[/i][i]、[/i][i]Pharmacology & Therapeutics[/i][i]、Medicinal Research Reviews、[/i][color=#222222][i]Journal of Extracellular Vesicles[/i][/color][i]、[/i][i]Theranostics[/i][i]、[/i][i]Redox Biology[/i][i]、[/i][i]Molecular & Cellular Proteomics [/i]等国际高水平学术期刊。其中青蒿素抗疟机理的研究文章被Faculty of 1000收录并推荐为教科书式的参考及阅读文献。撰写Methods Enzymol.书籍章节2篇。近年来主持科技部重大专项新药创制子项目,国自然面上项目,[size=100]国家重点研发计划合成生物学重点专项,国家中医药管理局“中医药传承创新团队”,[/size]同时兼职多种国际权威刊物的编委或审稿人;昆药集团青蒿素重点实验室科学顾问。
