个人简介:田佳星,医学博士,副主任医师,入选中国科协青年托举人才、中国中医科学院优秀青年科技人才、中国中医科学院广安门医院续航工程——青年拔尖人才、国家中医药多学科交叉创新团队创新人才培养对象,硕博师从中国科学院院士仝小林教授,主要从事糖尿病及其并发症临床与基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金、首都卫生发展科研专项、中国中医科学院科创工程、中国中医科学院优青培养专项等课题8项,参与国家级及省部级课题10余项。在[i]Pharmacol Res、Cell Death and Disease、Diabetes Obes Metab、Comput Struct Biotechnol J [/i]《中医杂志》《中国中西医结合杂志》《中华中医药杂志》《中国糖尿病杂志》等期刊发表学术论文92篇,其中SCI论文42篇;在[i]The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology、Diabetes[/i]发表摘要3篇;主研执笔1项临床试验研究入选2021高被引论文,进入[i]Pharmacology & Toxicology[/i]学术领域最优秀1%之列。参编《糖尿病并发症中医诊疗学》《糖尿病中医药临床循证实践指南》《中国中医药重大理论传承创新典藏》等著作8部;作为主要完成人获中国中西医结合学会科技进步一等奖,世界中医药学会联合会科技进步一等奖、中华中医药学会科学技术二等奖,研究成果入选中华中医药学会“中医药优秀青年学者科技成果”,获国内外学术会议最佳壁报奖2次。兼任中国中医药研究促进会糖尿病专业委员会副秘书长、中华中医药学会青年委员会委员等。在临床研究方面,前期作为课题骨干参与项目组糖尿病多中心临床试验研究,通过高级别循证医学证据证实中医药降低血糖、保护胰岛功能、改善多代谢紊乱的作用。在糖尿病并发症研究中,通过多中心临床试验及病历数据总结,证实中医药具有延缓和改善糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病胃肠病变疾病进展的作用。在基础研究方面,从事多项糖尿病机制探索工作,证实中药改善糖尿病模型动物“血糖代谢-调节肠道微生态-保护肠黏膜屏障-抑制炎症”作用,目前重点围绕多组学技术探索中医药调控多代谢紊乱的疗效机制。
