个人简介:=12.0pt本人于=12.0pt2013=12.0pt年博士毕业于成都中医药大学中药学专业,同年到中药研究所做博士后并留所工作,主要从事中药抗肿瘤、抗炎免疫药理机制及多组学分析药物体内代谢规律工作。具体研究内容包括: =12.0pt     1=12.0pt、通过体内外研究华蟾素治疗肝癌、胰腺癌的作用机制发现=12.0ptmTOR=12.0pt、=12.0ptAkt=12.0pt等自噬凋亡负调控基因被抑制,=12.0ptp53=12.0pt和=12.0ptcaspase=12.0pt级联家族促凋亡和自噬信号被激活,揭示药物通过调节=12.0ptPI3K/Akt/mTOR=12.0pt和=12.0ptP53=12.0pt的细胞自噬和凋亡通路可促进肿瘤细胞发生程序性死亡进而达到抗肿瘤效果。 =12.0pt     2=12.0pt、联合网络药理学、多组学高通量分析技术与体内药效相结合的方法全面分析临床确有疗效院内制剂对治疗=12.0ptCIA=12.0pt类风湿关节炎大鼠的调控机制,并采用液质联用技术研究上述组方中剧毒药物马钱子的有效和毒性成分体内外代谢规律。=12.0pt   近年来,先后参与多项国家级课题,包括科技部重大新药创制专项、国家科技支撑计划和=12.0pt973=12.0pt项目,=12.0pt4=12.0pt项国家自然科学基金面上项目。承担参与多项=12.0pt中国中医科学院科技创新工程课题和=12.0pt院所课题,研究成果在=12.0ptPancreas=12.0pt、=12.0ptPeerJ=12.0pt、=12.0ptBiomedicine & Pharmacotherapy=12.0pt等学术期刊发表。
