个人简介：主要从事动物药材分类及中药DNA分子鉴别方法研究。根据不同中药品种开发出中药特异性鉴别、现场鉴定、品系鉴别、产地鉴别和年限鉴别方法。对多种动物药材品种进行了系统研究，建立了快速的DNA分子鉴别方法。主持国家自然科学基金面上基金、青年基金，国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家科技基础资源调查专项子课题等项目等8项。起草《中国药典》标准2项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Industrial Crops and Products、Plant Physiology and Biochemistry、中国科学、药学学报等期刊发表论文30余篇，获中药材鉴定、中药品系鉴定、中药年限鉴定等专利授权21项。
